Thank you to all who participated in our “Thanksgiving Turkey” this year. We had many inspirational comments that helped some folks who needed it.
By and far the most common responses were “God” and “Family”. Can you guess which was number 1?
Some other notable responses were “pizza”, “Legos,” and “smiling faces.”
Two people are thankful for “Thanksgivkah”… good thing because it won’t happen again for almost 80,000 years!
Another wanted to give a shout to those serving in our military and won’t be with their loved one’s during the holidays. Know that you are loved and appreciated by all of us. None of us could do what we do without you doing what you do.
We are glad you all had a happy Thanksgiving. Happy Hanukkah to those who celebrate!
We’ll be providing a “Giving Tree” for 25 children in town who are in need of help this Christmas. Beginning December 3, please take a name card to provide each child a gift this season.
Note that we have gift certificates available. If you are interested, talk with Dr. Nardi.
Dear Dr. Nardi,
When I was an early teen I dealt with shortness of breath, wheezing, and repetitive bronchitis that deprived me from being as active as I wanted. It interfered with my ability to participate in athletics, especially baseball and football. I often have to ask the coach to pull me out to catch my breath. I felt so incompetent and incapable ….
…During gym class, I would attempt to run the mile and I remember being on the opposite side of the track from the teacher . I always felt like I wasn’t going to make it. It was such a helpless feeling.
My parents finally brought me to my pediatrician who diagnosed me with asthma. I remember that day clearly, it was as if I was defective; it was as if God gave me a lemon of a body or something. I wanted to return it and trade it in for a new one. Have you ever felt that way?
It’s been over five years now and I’m afraid to be active. I mean I wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air. I can actually feel my windpipe close down and I wonder, is this it? Am I going to get a breath or is this my last one? I have no control over it all.
Can you and Chiropractic help me?
The videos posted after ours are not from Nardi Family Chiropractic and do not reflect us or our practice. Many do not reflect Chiropractic at all. They are posted at the discretion of You Tube and we do not have control over them.
