If you were up at 5:30 this morning, you saw the driving rain and lightning and heard the thunder.  Who knew by 8:00 AM, just a mere 2.5 hrs later the sun would be out?

We have a saying here in New England, “if you don’t like the weather, wait a minute.”

The same is true of life and health.  You don’t know what will change in the next 2.5 hrs.

Just keep on keeping on and you’ll see the results and life you are looking for.
