Ken and Amy found us through the referral of a Chiropractor they saw while on vacation in Phoenix, AZ who also has a membership style practice. They had three children and were paying $65 per visit per person at once per week even while utilizing their insurance at another Chiropractor’s office. that’s $1200 / month… Can you imagine paying that much?!
They have now been coming to our office at least once per week since January of 2009 on our family membership. When they welcomed their fourth son into the world, Dr. Nardi was there to adjust him at the hospital and because they have a family plan, there are no additional fees.
Let’s face it, families have budgets, regardless of how small or large that budget is. You also want your family functioning at 100% health as often as possible. Isn’t it great to know you can both without sacrificing one or the other?

We have clients who opt for our non-member per visit rate of $65 and others who prefer to benefit from our membership with it’s variety of payment options, it’s your choice.
First Visit: First visit services can range from an exam only to an exam, X-ray, and adjustment.
Membership Benefits
* No contracts… you are making a commitment to yourself to improve yourself
* No Termination fees… Why would you quit on yourself?! (Early termination of a pre-payment defaults to the MONTHLY fee X the number of months of membership at the time of termination)
* “Unlimited”:… Every month, you can get checked as often as you like and when you are subluxated, you’ll receive as many adjustments as necessary
* No appointments necessary. Drop-in during any of our posted office hours. If you prefer an appointment, let us know and we can accommodate you
* Family Membership… Upgrade and each of your family members will receive the “unlimited” benefit as stated above for only $50/month additional.
* Payment options… You can pay one month at a time, via recurrent credit card, or by annual pre-payment (our most cost-effective option)
* Rewards program
^ We provide an additional 15% discount for pre-payment of an annual membership.
